Dr. Michelle Philip a noted educationist from Mumbai. She is the Principal and Director of St Pauls Institute of Communication Education, after serving for three decades as Associate Professor and Head, Department of English, Wilson College.

Her PhD, conferred by the University of Punjab, was based on visual culture. She has contributed to curriculum development, including establishing a post-graduate programme in English. Her research interests are identity, AI, vulnerability and media.

She recently delivered the keynote address on, "Rewriting the Gender Agenda through AIgital Optimisation", at GWS 2026 Conference at Deakin University, Melbourne.
