A post graduate in Statistics (IIT, Bombay) and also in Management (IIM, Ahmedabad) Anita spent her early years in advertising, market research and marketing consultancy. She along with her sports broadcaster husband Harsha runs a motivational series called The Winning Way - Learnings From Sport for Managers, also a title of a book by the same name. She is also the author of “Equal, Yet Different - Career Catalysts for the Professional Woman” on how women can achieve their maximum potential in the workplace. Anita set up Bizpunditz, India’s first video learning library for managers, which was later sold to an edtech company.
