Dinyar Patel is Associate Professor of History at the S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) in Mumbai. He is the author of the book, Naoroji: Pioneer of Indian Nationalism, and recipient of the 2021 Kamaladevi Chattopadhyay New India Foundation Book Prize. His research has been supported by the US Fulbright Commission, the National Endowment for the Humanities, and the American Institute of Indian Studies.
