If Google is where we go to search, Wikipedia is where we go to learn. Today, Wikipedia is the source that feeds both our essential and frivolous curiosities. The influence of the website has been so pervasive that any repository of crowd sourced information is called a Wiki. But this was not always the case; in its early days Wikipedia was mocked for its inaccuracy and unreliability. Founder Jimmy Wales talks about how building trust transformed Wikipedia’s image and what the value of trust is in building organizations and institutions.
