Shinjini Kumar is an author and poet with a background in banking and fintech, and co-founder of SALT, a woman-first fintech platform. Her book ‘Busy Women: Building Commerce and Culture in Middle India’ travels through thirty of India’s Tier 2 towns and cities to tell stories of entrepreneurs whose work largely remains invisible and unrecognized. Her Hindi poetry anthology ‘Ghumakkad Aurat’ explores themes of travel, love and grief. Shinjini has also published short fiction in several notable publications.
