Paul Waters

Author, Journalist, Novelist, Writer

Paul Waters fell in love with India when he fell in love with his wife, Aneysha, from Delhi. He writes the Delhi Haveli Hotel Indian-Irish cosy crime series set in Chandni Chowk. The first book, Murder in Moonlit Square, was No.3 in India. The second, Death at the Elephant House, is out now. The series features Irish nun Sister Agatha Murphy and Indian hotelier Avtar Mehta as they outwit the police and catch killers, while retaining their sense of humour. Paul is also an award-winning broadcaster, university lecturer, literary festival founder and climate tech entrepreneur. He co-hosts the We'd Like A Word books podcast, and made Pelé his dinner in a New York nightclub.
