Saket Dekhane has been a teacher of German and literary translator for over a decade. His Marathi translations of German literature include Doris Dörrie's autobiographical writing 'Leben, schreiben, atmen', as well as short stories by Franz Kafka, Adalbert Stifter, Marie Luise Kaschnitz among others. He has also translated into English the Marathi book ‘Bakhar Bimmachi’ by the renowned author G.A. Kulkarni.
