Amrita Dhara is a language educator and literary translator based in Mumbai and with over two decades of experience at the Goethe-Institut, the global cultural institution of Germany. She translates literary and journalistic works from German into English and Bangla. Her expertise spans foreign language didactics and task-based, immersive and transcultural approaches to language learning. She designs and conducts courses and cultural projects for educators as well as school students across South, East and South-East Asia.
