Katie Bagli’s passion for nature speaks out in her children’s storybooks. She also conducts nature walks, workshops on creative writing and story-telling. Her work has won her several awards. Two of her books, Stories of Trees from India and The Flight of the Pink-headed Ducks and Other Stories, have been listed among the recommended books by Sahitya Akademi’s Bal Sahitya Puraskar 2025. Katie has also been writing for several children’s magazines. As Education Director of Jane Goodall Institute India, she creates content on the environment and which aims to inspire children to make a difference for our planet.
