Kapil Gogri FRPSL, known as the Mumbai Boy Scout Philatelist, is a passionate philatelist and fashion designer. He is the Secretary of the Philatelic Congress of India, the national federation. A recipient of the Rashtrapati Scout Award and Rajya Puraskar, he has played a key role in several national exhibitions like INPEX. A Fellow and the Indian Representative of the Royal Philatelic Society London, he has also served as National Commissioner at many international exhibitions.
