Swati Pandey is a career civil servant and filmmaker with a 26-year career across India Post, Atomic Energy, Films Division and the Government of Maharashtra. Currently serving as VCMD of Maharashtra Airport Development Company, she has spearheaded transformative projects like Shirdi Airport and the Amravati Flying Training School. A National Award-winning filmmaker (Elephants Do Remember), author (Dawn Under the Dome), and Harvard-recognized change agent for sex workers in Kamathipura, Mumbai, resulting in her most recent book Invisible in Plain Sight: Voices From the By-Lanes of Kamathipura. She is a recipient of the Homi Bhabha Award, an ISB alumna, and TEDx speaker.
