And so, I am not disappointed today;
Deception no longer startles me, it always feels
Like lessons of fate.
My intellect births ambiguity again
As I try to decipher my way.
Even if my hair turns gray
And wrinkles appear upon my face,
Be informed:
I have lived most of my days
Not to reminisce the nights I slept
When peace pervaded my soul.
It would be unjust
To conclude my thoughts whole.
