Poetic corrugation of an artist

Poetry

Some blood oozing pout
Disgusting slashes of snout
Right across the gallery, standing stout
Praying mantis gorged from the clout

The art sets the backdrop
A filigree - fine as the paddy crop
Luscious chandelier of time
A poet’s heart in rhyme

Mephistopheles, Cordelia, come forth
Latent with the traditions of B.C proust
Can tell the tales of a historical girth
Sans love, humility, the gallery displays dearth

My fair lady — an art maker
Triumphant, valorous demeanour
Strides, pulls and entangles
Wading, vanishing shards of rambles

Succulent lips, tranquil eyes
Those words — disconnected lies
Awakening a dying pot of freedom
Rising and copping out of the burden

Slow — malefic
Swift — tragic
Art — terrific
Fatigued — romantic
Same but different — outcast pedantic

Neurons, adrenaline all diagnostic
A particular membrane of the woman is mystic
Certainly verbal — aficionado of the Republic
Gallivants towards objects — non-heroic

Flying, fleeting — an obsession
A river of blood, oozing invisible dimension
Traversing— a coving flat of convention
Words above and beyond every progression

Fall— rise
In these words — a mystical manifestation
In these words — a trippy destination
Rise — love
In a poetic corrugation.
