Inverted Umbrellas

Poetry
Rain, rain go away,
Is what upon your arrival everyone say,
They have no idea what you can do,
The future is brighter only because of these drops like dew.
Little do they understand your importance,
You give birth to a life that carries on the legacy with elegance,
Whenever the clouds shower,
We run for cover.
Instead of wasting the precious resource,
We should think about how we can use it for our chores,
Rather than shielding your head,
Stand under shelter with your umbrella left inverted.
You can collect the water drop-by-drop,
And empty it out in a pot,
Use it for storage when there is scarcity,
The summer usually calls for such creativity.
