Swati Apte is co-founder of The Arts Quotient (TAQ), a leadership
firm coaching founders and senior business leaders. She started her career at McKinsey & Co in New York
and has since worked in finance and been an entrepreneur before setting up TAQ. She has also been learning and performing Odissi dance for over 30
years. Swati serves on
the board of several organisations like and has been published in many prestigious publications. She has a Master’s in Politics, Philosophy
and Economics from the University of Oxford and an MBA from
Harvard Business School.
