Campus@360 : Weaving Between The Lines

The first thing that I’d like to do is sleep in your arms once again. Richer and more energetic than the last time I was born. Hold your face in my palm and feel the ages, emotions and all the humour die next to the softness of your cheek. I’d like your lullaby to weigh my heart down, heavier than my grade school bag did to my stature. I want your good luck wishes that confide in me the bravery required to even walk on the sun. I want your irate advice that deep down shows me a love and care that no one ever cares about for me.
I want these days to go by slowly, I want to shower you with pleasantries and niceties that you deserve for your unfair life. Try as I might, I fail in every one of the wishes.
All I desire is that one day you can sleep in peace.
