Ranjit Hoskote is a poet, essayist and curator. His books include Vanishing Acts, Central Time, Jonahwhale and Hunchprose. Hoskote has been honoured with numerous awards, including the Sahitya Akademi Golden Jubilee Award and the JLF- Mahakavi Kanhaiyalal Sethia Award.
